  • How is The Green Mop different?

    Because we're a large company, we can handle any size of home or business. We also can offer same-day or next-day services, as well as immediate jobs.

  • How quickly do you respond to inquiries?

    We monitor our emails 24/7 and staff our phones in the office six days a week.

  • What are your office hours?

    8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday

    8:00 am to 3:00 pm Saturday

  • How can I get a free estimate?

    We offer our free estimates through our online form and by phone. We do not need to visit your site to provide an estimate.

  • Do you clean commercial spaces?

    We take care of gyms, offices, spas, commercial kitchens, home businesses, and more.

  • What if I have an issue with your services?

    Please contact our office managers, who will intervene on your behalf. We follow a code of conduct that emphasizes fair services to everyone.

  • What is your payment process?

    Payment is due immediately. If you have proven credit with The Green Mop, payment is accepted within five business days.

  • When do your cleaners work?

    We clean Monday through Friday and often have next-day availability. Limited Saturdays/weekend or after-hours appointments may also be available, depending on staffing.

  • When can you not clean?

    We observe four holidays a year: New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Weather may prevent work.
